Emergency B.O.A.T. Meeting!

Updated: Feb 20, 2019

In the wake of the news about potential redevelopment on 2nd Avenue, Rise Up Belltown is joining forces with Jupiter to host an emergency meeting to present and discuss next steps. We'll be talking about short-term and long-term options for saving the heart of our community.

This is technically a meeting of the BOAT, though all are welcome to attend and to get involved. Though not necessary, sign-ups will be available to join the BOAT during the meeting! :)

As a community, we've already been writing letters, and responding to misleading news stories, and keeping the community informed about what's going on. An IRL meeting is the next step!

We grateful to have the support of so many local Businesses on the BOAT, and would like to thank Jupiter for hosting this meeting in the front of their bar during prime business hours. We know that running an independent business in central Seattle is no easy task, especially when there's snow, and wild traffic changes, and all the rest! Thank you!!
